SYNOPSIS

SOFTSKILLS covers basic knowledge and skills in softskills.  The course provides exposure and experience for personality development, communication skills, management, leadership, writing and appreciation of professional ethics.  This course will develop proactive spirit and attitude in students thus giving confidence to become excellent and charismatic individuals.

1.0        PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT                                                           (04:08)

This topic reveals the knowledge of personality development that includes self-image and character, critical and creative thinking, emotions and self-development, positive values and sexual aspect, spiritual and social.

2.0        COMMUNICATION SKILLS                                                                   (04:08)

This topic provides knowledge and experience for the students in order to communicate effectively, including listening skills, presentation, public speaking, interviews, meetings and consultation.

3.0        MANAGEMENT SKILLS                                                                        (01:02)

This topic introduces students to problem solving, time management, customer service and event management.

4.0        LEADERSHIP SKILLS                                                                          (01:02)

This topic allows students to master the skills of planning, implementing, coaching, monitoring, evaluating, team building and decision making.
5.0        WRITING SKILLS                                                                                 (02:04)

This topic introduces students to the procedures, methods and formats of producing reports, official letters and 'Curriculum Vitae.

6.0        PROFESSIONAL ETHICS                                                                     (03:06)

This topic allows students to understand the protocol and etiquette, accountability, integrity, awareness of environmental and occupational health and safety regulations.
